Own new logo acquisition and expansion within named enterprise carriers. Run complex, multi stakeholder cycles, convert pilots to multi year agreements, and help shape a repeatable, scalable enterprise motion. What you will do
Build and execute account plans for Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, driving pipeline via outbound, marketing, and partners Lead full cycle sales: discovery, value engineering, pilot design, InfoSec and procurement, and commercial negotiation Multithread across underwriting, claims, data and IT, actuarial, security, and legal with executive level storytelling Partner with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to deliver fast time to value and land and expand across lines and regions Maintain rigorous forecast hygiene with MEDDICC and mutual action plans, and deliver accurate stage control and executive readouts Feed market and integration requirements back to Product, including explainability, deployment patterns, and core system integrations What success looks like in twelve months
Two to three Tier 1 or Tier 2 carrier wins in production with expansion plans agreed at signature Predictable forecast within agreed tolerance and three to four times pipeline coverage Shorter pilot to production timelines with measurable ROI and executive references Clear competitive wins against incumbent workflows or vendors What you will bring
Five or more years closing complex enterprise software deals into insurers, ideally in AI, analytics, or decisioning Proven experience navigating carrier procurement and InfoSec and running multi stakeholder evaluations and pilots Fluency in core integrations and ecosystems such as Guidewire and Duck Creek and major data partners and data lake patterns Process discipline in territory planning, pipeline generation, multithreading, and pricing and packaging
