What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and execute account plans for major accounts, leading the sales process from prospecting to renewal - Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a clean and updated sales pipeline - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders - Regularly update CRM system to maintain accurate sales records and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software with substantial revenue targets - Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based approach - Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes and multi-stakeholder deals - College degree preferred
