What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute account plans for major corporate accounts, ensuring the entire sales process is managed effectively

Actively prospect new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline

Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs

Maintain accurate CRM records, providing reliable sales forecasts and engaging in direct client meetings

What is Required

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Experience selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M

Ability to engage with C-suite executives using a consultative, solution-selling approach

Strong skills in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting to closing

Deep understanding of AI applications in improving legal department operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity

Experience in developing and executing account plans that contribute to sales strategy

Strong collaboration skills with a focus on achieving shared outcomes across teams
