Responsibilities The Lead Associate, Footwear is responsible for the achievement of store footwear sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Lead Associate, Footwear maximizes footwear sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well‑presented at all times.

We Count On Our Lead Associate, Footwear To

Provide an exceptional customer service experience that is unique to Under Armour Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right footwear based on their needs Coach fellow teammates on footwear products and best‑selling practices Stock, straighten and clean the store Assist in fulfilling omnichannel orders

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years old 1‑year previous retail experience Available to work a flexible schedule Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand‑held and mobile devices) Strong communication skills Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience selling footwear in a retail environment

Purpose of Role The Lead Associate, Footwear supports the achievement of store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values, leveraging product knowledge, and selling skills to provide athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. The Lead Associate, Footwear uses product knowledge expertise and operational experience support to other teammates.

Your Impact

Sales & Omni

Complete omni‑channel requests for athletes in line with Under Armour’s policies and procedures where applicable Coaching and training fellow teammates on footwear technology and selling practices Promote core & seasonal products to athletes by incorporating knowledge into selling process

Brand Image & Athlete Experience

Model the Under Armour service culture and exceed customer expectation Provide an athlete experience unique to Under Armour Aid athletes according to UA service model, communicate brand values, and identify sales opportunities Familiar with UA Brand stories communicated during training sessions

Retail Operations

Provide feedback on store operations to the Store Leadership Maintain merchandising standards and support execution of floorsets Operate within UA policies and procedures communicating risk to Store Leadership when necessary Perform operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with company guide and training Adhere to Under Armour’s dress code and attendance policies Assist as needed in operations; cash desk/ticketing/merchandising/stock replenishment

Team Collaboration/Self Growth

Collaborate with teammates to meet or exceed store goals Ability to actively listen to feedback from leadership to continue to grow as a teammate

Qualifications

Basic numeracy and literacy Active listening & communication skills Fluency in local language Proficient in use of computers and other technology Ability to establish interpersonal relationships Collaborate in a team environment Ability to perform tasks in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment Limited understanding of business acumen Demonstrated critical thinking to solve routine problems Basic prioritizing & planning skills

Requirements

One year experience of working in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment High School education or equivalent Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kgs Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area Reasonable accommodations may be made to assist in performing the essential responsibilities
