What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation
Consult on small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets in a customer-focused environment
Manage desk priorities to deliver timely outcomes and excellent service to customers
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license required
Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in the resident state and 48 non-resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
