What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
Manage desk priorities and deliver timely outcomes to customers
Maintain a customer-focused approach by providing tailored insurance solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in the resident state and 48 non‑resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills
High-speed broadband cable internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Call center experience valued
Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
