The Sales Support Specialist is an operational extension of the sales function, supporting Sales Representatives through product usage verification, inventory reconciliation, order accuracy, and daily sales execution to improve field readiness and customer experience.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Partner with Sales Representatives to perform cycle counting activities at customer accounts and validate product usage for accurate billing.
Resolve discrepant inventory levels at customer accounts in partnership with Sales Representatives and customers.
Provide insights into product movement and customer activity to identify patterns, support revenue accuracy, and enable strategic decision‑making.
Track and document used, expired, or short‑dated products to support sales‑driven replenishment and customer service.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to execute field‑readiness initiatives and provide frontline activity input to enhance tools, training, and processes.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Care, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination on product‑related matters.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a commercial, customer‑facing, or operations support role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales teams and cross‑functional partners.
High attention to detail with problem‑solving capabilities and a drive for continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in healthcare environments and with clinical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Commercial Support roles.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; understanding of sales workflows.
Experience in healthcare or medical device environments preferred.

Anticipated annualized base amount: $34,800 to $66,100, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
