Location: Burleson, TX (600 N Burleson Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028-2901, United States of America) Employment type: Part-time | Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr What you'll do

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guide and support members regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues; and promote the company’s products and services Assist management with supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback; train associates on processes and procedures Provide direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches to ensure issues are resolved according to company guidelines Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates Receive and stock supplies and merchandise; organize and maintain the sales floor using appropriate merchandising practices and required documentation Maintain facility safety by conducting safety checks, following forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions Maintain merchandise presentation and sales floor standards; handle claims and returns; manage pricing and signage; identify shrink and damages; secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise Monitor product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; manage area categories and ensure proper stocking, zoning, and cleaning Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders; ensure selected products align with company policy and procedures Develop and implement processes to meet business needs; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners Promote compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity; explain and demonstrate application in business processes; support Open Door Policy; assist management in addressing ethical issues Lead and participate in teams; assess customer needs and business priorities; coordinate and execute work; provide feedback to ensure timelines and quality Minimum qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience Preferred qualifications

Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workloads Benefits and compensation
