Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, enabling you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management review. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed). Comprehensive training and continuous professional development.
