As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment. Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage a platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and support policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management. Compliance: Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensing). Bonuses based on performance, paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals paid on the anniversary date of client sales. Compensation range is based on market performance for the average representative. How to apply
