Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding. Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value. Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding tools to help customers self-serve and use the T-Mobile app. Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems. Review personal results, promotions, and updates to stay customer-ready. Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers. Perform skills practice, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures. May handle keys and secure assets and report losses as applicable. Be customer-obsessed: be friendly, engaging, build rapport and trust, provide exceptional service, and aim to exceed expectations. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers. May perform price overrides for specialty offers. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing. Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; Retail environment preferred (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate, able to balance customer experience with performance goals (Required) Team Building: Willing to work with peers and store leaders, learn and share best practices, resolve issues (Required) Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced environment (Required) Licenses and Certifications

DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training and eligibility for hourly training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible employees receive an Annual Stock Grant. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), employee stock grants and purchase plan, paid time off, holidays, parental and family leave, and other programs.
