Overview
Join as a Remote Inbound Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Location Texas (remote work from home).
Pay Base salary range: $55,000–$75,000 per year.
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth and commission.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits.
Convert sales leads into policyholders.
Participate in paid training in a remote work environment.
Maintain a professional workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
Work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months required before shift change consideration.
Hold or obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (paid training provided if needed).
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong engagement and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held).
