* Financial and strategic business partner for Tequila (specifically, Don Julio, Deleon, Astral & 21 Seeds)* Plays a meaningful role in crafting the company's long-term sustainable growth strategy while also focusing on near term brand performance* Provides financial oversight of A&P brand budgets* Supervise current brand performance and key drivers of growth* Charged with partnering with cross functional teams to model future brand performance and valuing potential growth drivers* Lead and contribute to coordinated business planning initiatives for US Spirits* Requires the individual to excel functionally and to build effective working relationships across the commercial and brand teams at all levels of the organization* Collaborate with M&E/Data Analytics/RGM team to ensure that the brand team is identifying and bringing to bear useful insights* 5+ years of relevant business experience* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
