Billing Specialist
to join their accounting team. This individual will play a key role in managing AIA billing, accounts receivable functions, and ensuring accuracy across financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical accounting skills and industry knowledge, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process
AIA billing
for construction projects Manage collections efforts, including customer outreach and follow-up Prepare and analyze
aging reports
and perform AR reconciliations Maintain accurate and timely financial records in
Sage 100 Partner with project managers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies Utilize
Excel
for financial reporting, tracking, and analysis Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications
3+ years of billing or accounting experience, preferably within the
construction industry Strong knowledge of
AIA billing
processes Hands-on experience with
Sage 100
software Proficiency in
Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, and reporting) Background in
collections, aging reports, and AR reconciliations Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Why Join?
