is a small town located in the western part of Nevada, in the Carson Valley, about 15 miles south of Carson City and roughly 45 miles south of Reno. It serves as the county seat of Douglas County. The area is known for its picturesque landscapes, characterized by the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the west and the Carson Range to the east. Minden itself is a charming, historic town with a population of just under 4,000 people. Pay:

More details What you will do:
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for data verification, month-end invoicing, payment application, collections, account inquiries and follow-up, daily deposits, sales and receivable reporting, producing, interpreting, and analyzing receivable reports, working in Excel, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. The environment is fast-paced. This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and is based in the Minden, NV Office. To be considered you should:
Possess a high school diploma; prior experience in accounts receivable, authorizations, invoicing, collections, and payment applications (experience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and insurance is a plus but not required); proficient in MS Office and Excel; organized and detail-oriented; good communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to work independently and collaboratively; pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test; and pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
