Full-time Personal Banker position located in Seminary, MS. Responsibilities
Process comprehensive, prompt, and efficient customer transactions; paying and receiving all account customer transactions. Issue money orders, prepaid access cards, and official checks. Maintain the safety and security of cash, checks, withdrawal slips and other transaction records. Balance cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Follow all security policies and procedures and cross-sell all financial institution services and products. Backup to the Head Teller when called upon. Address customer inquiries on the phone for simple issues that can be handled quickly. Balance ATM when called upon; ability to multi-task. Be educated in banking regulations and laws; maintain excellent attention to detail; assist customers with account maintenance; answer incoming calls and direct them to other employees. Qualifications
