Assist with the preparation and review of external financial reports, including SEC filings and consolidated financial statements. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements. Support quarterly and annual reporting processes, including drafting disclosures and footnotes. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal finance teams and external auditors. Provide technical accounting research and recommendations as new standards and transactions arise. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred). CPA license (or actively pursuing certification). Minimum 3 years of experience with a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with a drive for professional growth. Seniority level
