The program offers direct access to our Executive Team and mentors, with paid training hours. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote days determined by location). Through the REACH Program you will fast-track your career as a Reinsurance Broking Analyst. How You'll Make An Impact
From natural catastrophes to cyber or political risks, you will help protect clients’ assets and navigate complex risks. You will engage in sophisticated analytics to provide insights, risk transfer strategies, and operational expertise, enabling clients to maintain strong financial positions to cover claims for policyholders when disasters strike. As a program participant you will: Collaborate with clients at all levels to market, negotiate, place, and service client accounts Craft persuasive pitch documents and presentations for new and existing clients Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams Contribute to structuring, placing, and servicing reinsurance transactions Support contracts and finalization of reinsurance placements Participants will also engage in web-based and in-person seminars to expand industry knowledge and work toward attaining the Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 12 months and the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation within 18 months of hire date. About You
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong technological proficiency to use various software for tasks Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage with clients and colleagues Flexibility to travel to the Rolling Meadows, IL home office five times for training (travel expenses covered by Gallagher Re) Nice-to-Haves: Previous internship or work experience in a related field Knowledge of or curiosity about the reinsurance broking and risk management industry Compensation And Benefits
The base salary range is $51,000.00/yr - $99,500.00/yr, with actual compensation influenced by experience, education, location, and role scope. The package includes a comprehensive set of benefits.
