To improve the customer's financial wellbeing, this role involves collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. The position aims to position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and enhance customer loyalty. The role includes driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, all to elevate client loyalty. It involves delivering comprehensive PNC conversations with clients to identify suitable solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. The position emphasizes creating customer loyalty and growing share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, and educating them on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. The role requires applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, managing risk by adhering to policies and procedures, and participating in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
