As a Customer Service Representative at PNC, you will drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. You will deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, grow, and retain relationships. You will create customer loyalty and expand customer share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities, and educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. You will apply your product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, managing risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment.
