The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle (ULMS) provides direct service programs and resources to individuals and families through shelters, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, rental assistance, and homeownership programs. Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day case management for residents transitioning from homelessness to stable, long-term housing. Coordinate care planning, complete comprehensive assessments, develop Case Management Plans, monitor effectiveness, and ensure resource linkage, referral, and advocacy. Support residents with accessing services related to mental health, substance use, life skills, housing maintenance, transportation, and other needs. Apply Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Advanced Motivational Interviewing models to identify challenges, set measurable goals, and facilitate increased stability and wellbeing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, community partners, and service providers; ensure accurate and complete case documentation. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social services case management High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred Knowledge of HIPAA compliance when collecting and storing participant information Knowledge of entitlement programs and ability to link clients to community, social, medical, mental health, chemical dependency, employment services, and education resources Experience with interviewing and counseling techniques that yield measurable positive outcomes Ability to analyze interventions, research alternatives, and seek supervisory guidance Strong documentation, writing, and verbal communication skills; experience with electronic health/case recordkeeping Ability to work with diverse populations Excellent time management and organizational skills; reliable and punctual Ability to work independently Proficiency with computers and MS Office Ability to de-escalate stressful situations First Aid/CPR knowledge ULMS Total Compensation

Medical - $8,741.40 per year Dental - $570 per year Vision - $65.04 per year Group Life & ADD - $41.70 per year Employee Assistance Program - $57.60 per year 403(b) retirement - $100 per month Health & Fitness Benefit - $419.88 per year Most benefits take effect on the 1st of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
