We are seeking a
motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional
who thrives as a
self-starter and problem solver . In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and help drive efficient accounting processes. Job Duties
Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor bills, payments, reconciliations, and collections. Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations; support month-end and quarter-end close. Prepare internal financial reports, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulations. Process employee expense reports, sales tax filings, audits, and maintain organized financial documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve financial inquiries and support onboarding, credit applications, and billing. Assist with ad hoc projects, special initiatives, and provide notary services as needed. Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferred). Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; SAP or other ERP systems a plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Method (preferred). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive,
solutions-oriented approach
