Manage end-to-end cost of goods and inventory accounting across manufacturing and warehouse operations. Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations between sub-ledger and general ledger. Maintain bills of materials and analyze production data for accuracy and efficiency. Oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes. Track work order and material variances and partner with production teams on cost analysis. Requirements
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in CPG or food manufacturing. 3+ years of cost accounting and inventory management in a manufacturing setting. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Support external audits and manage inventory across distributed manufacturing and 3PLs. Present insights clearly and distill complex data for decision-making. Qualifications
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Understand GAAP, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and financial compliance standards. Use advanced Excel skills and analyze key KPIs such as gross margin and inventory metrics. Bring a high-energy, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement. Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ref#: 51027
