Overview
Financial Services Director - PACE at PACE Administration. This role is dedicated to managing an array of functions related to the PACE program, including finances, billing, Medicare Part D, supply chain and special projects. This position will manage and maintain action item lists and deadlines to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately. The role requires problem solving, multi-tasking, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities
Evaluate, modify, and implement computerized and manual financial and statistical processes and programs. Oversee all billing and accounting functions of the organization. Ensure Medicare Part D compliance and CMS/state reporting requirements. Collaborate with corporate accounting to prepare accurate financial statements. Assist with process improvement, analytics, and various financial reporting (internal and external) such as board presentations, quarterly and annual surveys, cost saving analysis, utilization review, budgets/forecasts, and financial reports related to expansion planning. Direct supervision of business office, billing functions, supply procurement, and intake coordination. Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by upper management. Demonstrate problem solving, multi-tasking, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. This job will be authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly. Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related studies required. Masters in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration preferred. Leadership and/or supervisory experience required. Typically 3 years of accounting experience; relevance of experience and education/certification are considered. Experience in health care, including healthcare billing processes, highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suites required. Strong leadership and effective communication skills; ability to multitask and work independently and in teams with minimal oversight.
