Manage a designated territory with an established book of business.
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
Prospect for new sales opportunities.
Collect premiums and handle policyholder service requests.
Maintain accurate records and process paperwork.
Expectations from Agents
Expand agency size.
Build strong customer relationships.
Devote necessary time to responsibilities.
Continuously develop knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preparation
Assistance with licensing exams.
Basic training including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
On-the-job training with earning potential.
