Manage and execute complex commercial deals across key accounts, balancing financial, legal, and operational requirements. Serve as subject-matter expert on Axon’s quoting tools, bundles, pricing structures, and approval flows; act as a resource for escalated requests. Analyze and evaluate contracts and performance obligations, proactively identifying risks or gaps and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards. Mentor and coach junior team members on quoting processes, Salesforce CPQ, and deal strategy. Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Order Processing to resolve non-standard scenarios and create scalable solutions. Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging data insights to recommend changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate on system updates and product launches, leading testing and feedback loops to ensure smooth rollouts. Simplify and communicate complex information to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, commercial operations, or a related field (or 3+ years with a Master’s). Proven success managing moderately complex deal structures and demonstrating judgment in balancing customer needs with business goals. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM (CPQ strongly preferred) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, scenario modeling). Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional decision-making. Experience mentoring or guiding peers, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style. Ability to operate with autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling competing priorities. A proactive, problem-solving mindset that consistently looks for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Work Location

This role is based out of our New York City office and follows a hybrid schedule. In-person collaboration is valued; team members are typically onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. The starting base pay for this role varies by geographic market. Actual base pay is dependent on factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, and location.
