Trigyn’s direct government client has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist in New York, NY. Description

These resources will support the ITS nondedicated team employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, docking stations, phones, iPad and Apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees. Responsibilities

Install, recover, troubleshoot, update, surplus and refresh computer equipment for ITS nondedicated team employees. Onboard and offboard employees with appropriate equipment and access. Mandatory Qualifications

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms – beyond that of a Programmer.
