Support the ITS nondedicated team CTO employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment including desktops, laptops, docking stations, phones, iPad & Apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees. Mandatory Requirements
Experience (6+ Years) Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms — beyond that of a Programmer. Requirements
This is an 100% Onsite 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon 24 Months Customer service experience 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners) 12 Months Asset management experience 12 months ITSM experience Résumé Copy of Candidate Identification (i.e., Driver’s License/Green Card/Visa and Passport if applicable) Any documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications (i.e., professional certifications, degrees, etc.) Contact
