Salary
$86,500 – $108,200 per year (DOE)
Description
We are seeking an experienced
IP Client Administrator II
with strong domestic patent prosecution expertise to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will support assigned clients and practitioners by preparing legal documents, managing dockets, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file documents with the USPTO for U.S. patent prosecution.
Maintain electronic files, docketing systems, and client-related data.
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and client‑specific training to support staff.
Identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Qualifications
3–6 years of domestic patent prosecution experience in a law firm or professional setting.
Strong understanding of U.S. patent procedures, terminology, and workflows.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and IP‑related software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
