contract position in commercial litigation

Requirements: 2 years of full-time experience as a licensed U.S. attorney 1 year of law firm experience as a California commercial litigation attorney California law license, active or willing to activate Experience in defamation law Willingness to take on 10 billable hours per week Ability to act independently Responsiveness and dependability Additional experience in trial/arbitration, anti-SLAPP, trademark, copyright, and cyberlaw is a plus.
