We are seeking a motivated and experienced Broker to support wholesale property and casualty operations. This role is suited for a commercial insurance professional with at least 4 years of experience who thrives in a fast paced, relationship driven environment and is ready to deepen their impact in the excess and surplus and wholesale space. Key Responsibilities

Independently market and place new and renewal business across commercial property and casualty lines Analyze submissions, assess risk, and develop tailored coverage solutions Collaborate with retail agents to understand client needs and deliver responsive service Negotiate terms with carrier and managing general agency partners to secure competitive and profitable placements Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management and submission tracking systems Contribute to business development through strategic outreach and relationship management Stay current on market trends, carrier appetites, and underwriting guidelines Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial insurance, brokerage, or underwriting (excess and surplus experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage accounts and broker deals independently Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance platforms such as Appulate, Salesforce, or similar Self starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to client service Why This Team Stands Out
