Quality Manager , you'll be the architect of their quality strategy, ensuring every component they produce meets the highest standards of excellence. Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, and cutting-edge quality tools, driving tangible results. Launch with Precision:
Orchestrate seamless APQP, PPAP, and PPMP processes, ensuring flawless product launches and unwavering customer satisfaction. Resolve & Excel:
Proactively address and resolve customer quality concerns, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth. Audit with Authority:
Lead internal and external audits, demonstrating commitment to transparency and compliance. Analyze & Act:
Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement proactive corrective actions. Document & Define:
Create and maintain robust quality documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all processes. Collaborate & Integrate:
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every aspect of operations. Cultivate & Train:

Strengthen supplier relationships through strategic audits and performance evaluations. Be the Voice:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a passion for quality. Tier-1 Expertise Required:
Minimum 5 years of proven success in a quality management role within a Tier-1 automotive supplier, ideally with metal stamping and welding experience. Master of Standards:
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and a track record of implementing and maintaining robust QMS. Quality Toolkit Mastery:
Expert understanding of APQP, PPAP, PPMP, FMEA, and other essential quality tools. Audit Leadership:
Proven ability to lead successful internal and external audits. Problem-Solving Powerhouse:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions. Team Leadership Champion:
Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve extraordinary results. Lean Advocate:
Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing methodologies. Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. Customer Champion:
