Job Summary

The IT Support Technician position is within Prolink's Information Technology department and partners with key stakeholders to support implementing the IT vision of the company. Responsibilities

Provide technical support in person, by telephone and email Configure laptops and workstations for corporate associates, including shipping all equipment to end users Manage the return and redeployment of equipment from previous employees Perform software/hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics Troubleshoot and respond to user questions Track and update open tickets and escalate problems when necessary. Install hardware and software, including operating system and office applications Administer Microsoft 365 services, with ownership of Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, & Teams environments maintaining full control, configuration, access management, and operational oversight of these platforms Administration of Azure Active Directory create users, groups, update user access and disable or delete user account as needed Provide support for the VOIP Phone system support Configure and manage user accounts for various SaaS applications. Support Strike Event operations through on-demand setup of remote IT infrastructure and delivery of Tier 1 technical support for onboarding talent and Prolink personnel Occasional travel required to support Strike Events Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

2+ years of experience in related field Experience with customer service Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet right deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink's values Ability to travel as needed to support strike events Preferences
