Sales Floor: Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models; create a positive first impression; build on-going customer relationships through a personalized experience; represent Coach as a brand ambassador; communicate current pricing and promotional strategy; discuss product features; cross-sell and add-ons; tailor approach to customer needs; manage multiple customers and follow up to influence/close sales; leverage tools and technology for clienteling and relationship building; maintain attire in line with Coach’s Guide to Style. Operations: Complete daily tasks without impacting service or Coach standards; maintain store appearance (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap, and visual merchandising; replenish inventory; support store inventory processes; process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap; organize functional areas and maintain visual merchandising standards. Competencies: Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Creativity, Interpersonal Savvy, Learning on the Fly, Perseverance, Dealing with Ambiguity. Be adaptable to changing business and store needs; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor. Additional Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably luxury retail; Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical: basic computer skills, POS, iPad/laptop, walkie talkie; Physical: able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments; Schedule: flexible including nights, weekends, holidays. BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 to $16.50 hourly. Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and competition. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems; basic computer skills; ability to use iPad/laptop, POS, walkie talkie; read price and product release sheets. Physical: Fast-paced, effective communication with customers and team; able to move around selling floor, stock room, and backroom; climb, bend, kneel; lift 25 pounds regularly; handle product shipments/transfers up to 50 pounds.
