Provide general office support for litigation attorneys, including: maintaining and organizing case files, maintaining calendars, submitting invoices for payment, and coordinating and scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, meetings and conferences Prepare legal correspondence and documents E-filing documents with State and Federal Court E-Courtesy in various counties throughout the state of Florida Establish and maintain electronic filing systems; classify, sort, and file correspondence, records, and other documents Requirements / Qualifications
5+ years experience as Legal Assistant in insurance/personal injury defense is necessary Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and PerfectLaw/AIM The right candidate will be a self-starter, pay close attention to detail, have the ability to work independently and efficiently and to learn quickly, strong organizational skills, experience maintaining filing systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Employment Details
