Temporary Attorney – Construction/Bridge Loans (Onsite) Location: Onsite | Hybrid 3/2 if extended past 90 days Tentative Start Date: May 12 Duration: Minimum 90 Days (potential for extension) Rate: $200–$220/hour On Call Counsel is seeking a Temporary Attorney with direct, hands-on experience in Construction and Bridge Loan transactions to support its client's legal and lending teams. This is an onsite role with the possibility of shifting to a 3/2 hybrid model if the assignment extends beyond 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Represent institutional lenders in financing

commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties , from inception to closing Draft commercial loan documents, including those for

mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, and bridge loans Review

organizational documents

for borrowing entities Review and analyze

commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, credit agreements , and

ancillary loan documents Oversee

real estate secured finance transactions ,

workouts , and

restructurings Review

title reports

and

surveys , and manage

title clearance Handle lending and debt finance matters related to

property acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancing , and other complex transactions Qualifications: Demonstrated

hands-on legal experience

in construction/bridge loan work –

paralegal-level experience is not sufficient Deep familiarity with

bridging laws , applicable documentation, and related agreements Non-institutional background

strongly preferred Open to attorneys with varied years of experience, provided they bring
