HII, Mission Technologies is seeking a talented Training Representative to join our dynamic team supporting a government security organization. This group plays a vital role in safeguarding our nation's most critical assets through enterprise risk management, cutting-edge innovation, and a commitment to mission excellence and customer service.
As a Training Representative, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to crafting impactful eLearning content that helps users confidently navigate new technical systems and features. Your primary focus will be on developing engaging online content.

Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learner needs and inform instructional design strategies
Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and interactive activities
Deliver training content across multiple formats to accommodate diverse learning styles
Write clear, compelling instructional copy
Apply adult learning principles and current best practices to enhance course effectiveness and learner engagement
Create assessments to measure learner comprehension and course impact
Manage eLearning projects from planning through production
Maintain organized project documentation and course files
Perform additional duties as assigned to support training initiatives and team goals
Minimum Qualifications
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience Formal education or certification in instructional design, training development, learning technologies, or a closely related field Proven ability to design training programs that integrate multiple delivery methods and meet Section 508 accessibility standards Hands-on experience with eLearning platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Adobe Captivate, and Lectora Strong understanding of the ADDIE model and experience managing the full training development lifecycle Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite tools Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments, protocols, and training requirements IAT Level 2 (or higher) compliance/certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Physical Requirements
