POSITION AVAILABLE: December 2nd, 2025 (with substantial remote prep work)
ONSITE REQUIREMENTS: This position will require even amounts of on-site work and remote work, in conjunction with remote prep work, spreadsheet keeping, planning and meeting(s).
Schedule and Performances This position requires weekend and evening work. In person prep will be the 1st week of December as mutually convenient. Attending one dress rehearsal is ideal. Performances are Dec 5 (eve) 6 (afternoon) 7 (afternoon), 8 (eve), 11 (eve), 13 (eve), 14 (afternoon) - 7 performances
Position Description The Front of House Manager/Box Office Manager coordinates patron services, including ticketing, seating and concessions. The FOH manager helps other departments in all aspects of sales and service to patrons. They coordinate digital and printed patron materials, on site information such as signs, and oversee front of house volunteers and staff for each production. They assist patrons with special requests and differing abilities, and make volunteers and staff aware of these as needed. They are also required to help their area stay on budget. Coordination with the Director and Stage Manager is also necessary to maintain the unique immersive atmosphere. A person with excellent customer service, organizational and collaborative skills is required for this role.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patron services, including ticketing, seating and concessions.
Assist other departments in all aspects of sales and service to patrons.
Coordinate digital and printed patron materials, and on-site information such as signs.
Oversee front of house volunteers and staff for each production.
Assist patrons with special requests and differing abilities; communicate needs to volunteers and staff.
Help the area stay on budget.
Coordinate with the Director and Stage Manager to maintain the immersive atmosphere.
Exhibit excellent customer service, organizational and collaborative skills.
Compensation and Availability
Fee: $65 per performance (3 hour shift).
Prep fee: $150 per week beginning Nov 8 (approximately 10 hours per week on phone, emailing, coordinating follow ups, managing volunteer staff; gradually increasing as performance time nears).
Must be available for all 7 performances.
Qualifications
Experience in patron services or hospitality is strongly preferred.
