Water Aerobics Instructor Salary:

Demonstrate skills and explain them clearly to class members. Work at the learning level of the class. Ensure the safety of all participants during class. Work with individual students to correct faults, improve self-image, and progress in their fitness programs. Arrive on time, prepared with materials and equipment, dressed appropriately. Know emergency procedures and the location of emergency equipment. Keep attendance and records. Participate in recruitment and promotion events. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to conduct safe, effective, and motivating group exercise classes. Outgoing personality to relate well with participants. Interest in working with individuals and groups. Current CPR and AED certifications. Nationally recognized group exercise certification and/or specialty certifications (e.g., Yoga Alliance, CrossFit, Zumba, Pilates, Martial Arts, Spin, Les Mills, Barre). Working Conditions:
Ability to teach at various times during the day. Must be able to stand, reach, lift up to 25 pounds, climb, balance, and stoop. Frequent use of hands and voice required. Benefits:
