Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States. Zwicker is hiring an Associate Attorney to join our team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have exemplary organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year Responsibilities Of Associate Attorneys

Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside parties Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in furtherance of active litigation files Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files, as assigned by the Managing Attorney, to ensure that proper litigation workflow is being performed according to the Firm and client expectations Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures Ability to travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated self-starter Eagerness to learn Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload Preferred Qualifications Of Associate Attorneys

Minimum of one year of litigation/trial experience Working knowledge of civil procedure Debt collection experience Prior experience in a high-volume environment Physical Qualifications
