Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Start: ASAP Tiger is working with a prestigious private equity firm that believes in an entrepreneurial atmosphere driven by intellectual curiosity. They are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to work with a team of two others and you will support their CEO. Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the CEO, family members, and executive assistants. Manage personal calendars and schedules for family members. Oversee and respond to correspondence, including email management. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, transportation, accommodations). Liaise with office staff and external vendors as needed. Maintain and organize client databases, files, and contact lists. Assist with event planning and coordination. Run errands and complete personal tasks Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role (finance or investment background a plus). Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished and professional demeanor. Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.). Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information. Seniority level
