Great work/life balance - Typical schedule is Sun - Thurs, 5am - 3pm -No Nights! Paid Federal Holidays off Paid week of Christmas off Additional PTO and Sick Time 401k w/ Employer match

Minimum of three years as a Sous Chef (high volume catering or restaurant) Ability to speak Spanish and English is strongly preferred A culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus Background in catering production Strong leadership and team management skills – Ability to hold your team accountable to high expectations Experience with inventory management, ordering, and working with vendors Creativity & menu development, focus on quality Familiarity with managing a team of 10 and overseeing entire kitchen operation Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and cost control Ability to recruit, train, and supervise a strong and talented kitchen team Strong eye for quality and upholding high standards of quality as well as cleanliness Ability to gather feedback and make adjustments accordingly Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
