Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Richmond. In this role, you will design tailored treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families. This opportunity is perfect for someone who values clinical quality and is driven to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver caregiver training to strengthen therapeutic outcomes
Monitor and maintain billable activity for both yourself and your team
Provide direct clinical services and supervise support staff
Evaluate session notes and behavior data to ensure quality and compliance
Organize and lead clinical team meetings and oversee BTs, RBTs, and ABA interns
Develop and implement staff training and professional growth programs
Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and reports on time
Work with families to align treatment goals and ensure collaborative care
Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical quality initiatives
Ensure adherence to ABA best practices and uphold BACB guidelines
Qualifications :
Active BCBA certification (in accordance with BACB standards)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental differences
Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in data-driven decisions
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
