Summary Bud's Goods of NJ is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Account Executive to drive wholesale cannabis sales across Massachusetts. Responsibilities include acquiring new retail accounts, building relationships with dispensaries, and increasing brand visibility. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Job Duties
Identify, contact, and convert new retail partners.
Build long-term relationships with dispensaries.
Educate clients on products and differentiators.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and sampling events.
Process orders, track delivery, and ensure satisfaction.
Organize travel within sales territory.
Maintain records using CRM tools.
Report on market trends and competitor activities.
Adhere to Massachusetts cannabis regulations and SOPs.
Represent Bud's at trade shows and industry events.

Understanding of cannabis products and regulations in Massachusetts.

Experience and Education
2-4 years sales experience, preferably in cannabis or regulated industries.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cannabis wholesale sales.
Knowledge of Massachusetts cannabis regulations.
Passion for cannabis and market trends.
Additional Requirements
Pass background checks.
Reliable vehicle.
Compliance with legal and company regulations.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Willingness to travel >50% of the time.
Minimum age 21.
Approval by state badging agency.
