Position Summary...
VIZIO’s Platform+ Services team is seeking a
Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management
to join their growing team. The role is a strategic partner to the VIZIO Ad Sales team and clients, playing a key role in campaign success, client growth, and retention. The individual will be passionate about data, process, and customer service, working closely with client services and cross-functional teams. Account Managers are involved in all sales stages, from planning to billing.
What you'll do...
Serve as the primary contact for advertisers and agencies on campaign management.
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities to drive account growth and diversification.
Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals and strategic solutions.
Partner with Ad Ops and other teams to execute and optimize campaigns; deliver insights in client meetings.
What you'll bring...
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams in advertising or media.
Expertise in campaign management, data insights, and account growth strategies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to present campaign metrics and recommendations effectively.
Familiarity with sales proposals, onboarding, and digital advertising ecosystem.
Experience in political account management is preferred.
