No cold calls. The base salary ranges from $55,000–$75,000 with commission potential up to $85,000+. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs. Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST); commit at least 12 months before shift change. Maintain a home office with high‑speed internet, dedicated workstation, and professional environment. Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required. Strong interpersonal, persuasive, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with prospects and customers. PC proficiency and typing skills. Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training provided). Benefits
