The Mission
Our client is scaling his presence in the DACH region and is looking for a driven Account Executive to manage a hybrid portfolio of existing accounts (60%) and new business acquisition (40%). You’ll represent a leading SaaS solution for supply chain optimisation, supporting organisations to forecast, plan, and scale more effectively. As part of the EMEA sales team, you’ll collaborate closely with partners, marketing, and solution consultants, while independently driving your own pipeline. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue growth, upselling within our customer base, and expanding our footprint across the region.
What You’ll Do
Account Growth: Upsell services, solutions, and upgrades within existing customer accounts in the DACH region.
New Business Development: Source and qualify new opportunities through a mix of inbound leads and self-generated outreach.
Solution Selling: Run demos, workshops, and partner sessions, tailoring the product to customer supply chain challenges.
Channel Enablement: Educate partners on solution value, support co-selling, and strengthen partner network relationships.
Events & Marketing: Represent the company at industry events, delivering demos, talks, and thought-leadership presentations.
Sales Process Ownership: Manage full-cycle sales from discovery to close, ensuring seamless handover to customer success.
What You Bring Must-Haves:
3–5 years’ experience selling SaaS, ideally in supply chain, forecasting, inventory, or procurement software.
Strong sales record (top 10% performer) with evidence of closing ACVs between €12k–€40k.
Demonstrated ability to follow a structured sales process from lead to close.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, with experience independently developing 10–20% of pipeline.
Nice-to-Haves:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zoom.
Background in working with SMB markets at volume.
Experience building relationships with channel partners.
