ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. You will sell ADP solutions including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to CFOs, HR and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small businesses. You will provide expert guidance and build your book of business. ADP offers high-quality sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success. What You'll Do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams within your geography to close sales, win business, and hit sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners while upholding high ethical standards. To Succeed in This Role
Acumen Using New Tools. Quick learner of new tools and technology; use insights and real-time data to assist clients through the buying journey. Positive Self-Starter. Upbeat, persistent, proactive outreach; manage time and use go-to-market technology. Continuous Learner. Always learning and seeking improvements. Education and Experience. A college degree is not required if you have relevant experience: two+ years sales experience or completion of a sales internship; military experience valued. Bonus Points / Preferred Qualifications
