The Restaurant Floor Manager role will lead front‑of‑house operations, ensuring high‑quality guest service and seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams. Position Summary
Restaurant Floor Manager – U.S. citizen, living within driving distance. Reports to General Manager/Owner. Responsible for daily FOH operations, staff leadership, training, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience excellence. Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service – greet guests, address complaints, maintain ambiance and service speed. Operations & Coordination – manage floor plans, table rotations, reservation flow, and communication between front and back of house. Staff Leadership – supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, conduct pre‑shift meetings, coach on customer service, upselling, and safety protocols. Team Culture – create positive, accountable work environment. Qualifications
Customer service and satisfaction skills. Hiring and supervisory experience. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or management is beneficial. Previous restaurant industry experience is a plus. Location & Compensation
Middletown, NY – $59,000 – $73,000 annually.
