Crossroads Continuum provides transformative and imperative services to those who have made the empowered decision to undertake lasting rehabilitation. Our Clinical Staff have the rewarding responsibility of working with Clients that are moving forward in their personal recovery path. This opportunity can provide on-site Supervision for Licensure if needed to reach professional goals and offers exposure to one of the state\'s most renowned IOP Programs. Base compensation
Base pay range:
$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Additional compensation types:
Sign-on bonus Key Responsibilities
Providing individual, group and/or family therapy for adult Clients participating in Crossroads services plus ongoing clinical assessment when needed. Overseeing an assigned caseload of Clients as a vital part of a multidisciplinary team (Screening, intake, treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning and resource linkage). Psychoeducational counseling as needed. Promoting total wellness through an integrated and comprehensive clinical approach. Embracing a flexible nature in demanding situations to assist the DLC mission when providing recovery services. Assisting Clients to healthily succeed in a fast-paced residential setting. Providing Client, family, organizational and community education on substance use disorder issues. Maintaining an organized workflow utilizing all available resources such as technology, education and Supervision/training. With CAP, making diagnostic impressions/observations, as well as other mental, physical and social considerations. Qualifications
Master\'s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related field Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) = Preferred but not Required Experience in substance use disorders/mental health treatment = Required Inclusive skills in clinical assessment, evaluation, planning and intervention = Required Ability to recognize the need for, set, communicate and maintain Client boundaries = Required Demonstrated abilities in the proper management of time, communication and information = Required Adaptability to varying and emergency work conditions = Required Confidence to work with a combination of empathy, energy and efficiency = Required Natural ability to work well with a diverse group of peers, coworkers and community partners = Required Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required Physical Requirements
This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Seniority level
